What Services I offer
I collaborate with architects and developers on new construction and refurbishment projects to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and other legislative guidance. My services include advising on necessary fire escape routes, fire doors, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting, and both passive and active fire protection systems. If a building does not comply with Building Regulations or is not acceptable to the Building Control Officer, I propose solutions in consultation with the client and the Building Control Officer.
